B-80 -8 wheel horse horse

well guys it is true as things come in 3-s as first problem was the mower deck on the 314-8  which works  great so far plus the electric clutch on the older 71 which i am trying to remove the electric clutch but with the help of others here i was able to know the correct bolt to remove it;so now yes again an other issue

my B-80 it seems the throttle cable works great before starting as the governor works fine but once i start the motor the governor goes all the way over and the motor races on high speed ;but when i try to lower the throttle cable to idle it down it does change the speed as it stays on high  ;i would  hate to blow a motor if it isn't running correctly ; any thoughts i sure would appreciate 'thanks again ;
