No Power at nine pin connection blue wire When I discontinue and wiggle and tug blue wire at starter end 2 of the three relays make noise. Middle one (start relay ) Ana one on right sitting on mower. Can jump starter with with battery charger and everything runs well !!!! I tried to swap out one rely , can it be two bad ones ?? Ignition switch tested good. Frame ground good. Fuses ok.
