Working on a tractor is better than going to a Physical Therapist, and a lot more fun.   When you're able, get up and move around. Sounds like you have a good tractor to work on.  Nothing like working with your hands to take your mind off of your aches and pains.  I've had heart surgery, knee surgery, and a bad spine. I find that working on my tractors and on my yard keeps me going (along with some Aleve, Motrin, and beer).  Good luck, and NEVER GIVE UP.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Lots of folks have made platforms to drive their :wh: onto while making repairs to reduce the need for bending over.  :techie-idea:

So true. I had a bike wreck that could have been a disaster

I went back to work too quickly and my back went out. Worse than ever in my lifetime

I get up early and have a muscle relaxer and Tylenol and once it kicks in go and putter in the barn . The pain is much less and my herd has freshened carburetors with more to come

Gotta go. The herd is waiting
