D series question parts compadable

Are 1974 to 1977 d series wheel.horse compadable with parts for each other or not so much

Pretty much except for some motion control linkage items, parking brake linkages.  Best way is to look up the parts manual for the years you are comparing and check part numbers.  Also some D160s had Onan twins and some Kohler K341 singles
