little red riding horse 223 #1 Posted June 16, 2019 (edited) Have been taking advantage of a lovely day (at last) and have been clearing weeds out of the wildlife pond... lots of newts frogs and creepy crawlies had to be put back in, love the pond ! there is another pond to go in alongside this one but will be bigger probably around 3rd of an acre when done... they attract so much wildlife its great just sitting there and watching what goes on , simple pleasures eh lol Edited June 16, 2019 by little red riding horse 6 4

little red riding horse 223 #3 Posted June 16, 2019 Quote Quote Hi , had an excavator in digging foundations for the house, told the driver what the plan was with this part of the plot (was quite boggy) he had a spare couple of hrs so dug it out for us ! plot is 3 acres and most of it needs landscaping when house is finished along with a pond extension ! glad you liked it many thanks... Stormin 9,981 #6 Posted June 16, 2019 (edited) That's some place you've got there. There's not much better than the Highlands on a sunny day. The midges can be a pain though. Just where a bouts are you? 50 yrs back I used to visit up Fort William way a bit. Edited June 16, 2019 by Stormin
