71_Bronco 1,072 #1 Posted June 4, 2019 Having some trouble with my K181 in my Commando 8 that I'm trying to work out. I messed with some of the settings on the carb, and I adjusted the idle speed screw by mistake. I bought one of those RPM tech's off Ebay, the ones with the wire that wraps around the spark plug wire, and tells you your engine RPM. You have to set it to either 2 sparks per revolution, 1 spark per revolution, or 1 spark per 2 revolutions. From what I can find online, it looks like the K181 I have should be 1 spark per 2 revolutions. Can anybody confirm this is true? Or tell me what it should be? Thanks!
