Your gonna need to start following your screen name with the number of tractors like @WHX22

But I’m limited as to how many per month I can change...

Room?  I never thought I’d fill up this 40x80 storage building!  I think I need to put up more raking before winter to get the camper inside!  Young... and while my kids enjoy it :handgestures-thumbupright:

Hopefully they will enjoy them when they are older. Keep the tradition going.

Almost a year this thing has been sitting.  Well... I think it will look good with a double wide belt guard sticking out the side of the hood!

The 552 frame looks good, feels fairly tight!  The fan gear support is cracked on one side, I bet I have a spare!

Though I likely won’t reuse this plate on the 1055, someone did a decent job building it!  It bolts to the rear tins, then the fender is sandwiched to the seat.

It’s moved over.  I see the coil will need to move a bit to clear the hood.

The muffler had to come off to clear the hood.  Bummer.  I’ll have to give it a stack I guess.  :ROTF:

The air cleaner is too deep to clear the hood too.

The belt guard from the 1055 I believe was modified for the K-161.  It works best.

I need to swap transmissions too.  The 552 trans is stuck and won’t roll.

552 trans is out.  Not surprisingly, the frame is cracked but has been plated well from the inside.

This’ll be a perfect time to replace the broken steering block too.

What’s that hot rod saying?  “Cheap, fast and reliable.  You pick two.“

I accidentally put the transmission pulley on backwards.  No big deal, but now the set screw I just tightened seems stripped out!

I was able to find a hex key just slightly bigger and pound it in.  Yay!

Agreed. That's good work. I'd paint it and run it.

I hooked some juice to the coil and pulled the engine over with a piece of twine wrapped around the pulley.  I have spark!

The s/g doesn’t spin too fast, so I took it apart for inspection.  It looked good and spins well, so I cleaned up the armature and put it back together.  Still doesn’t spin too good.
