ChameleonTechServices 0 #1 Posted June 1, 2019 (edited) Hello, all, My dad and I have recently resurrected our old C-145 Wheel Horse, purchased in 1985. We need to replace the innermost (what I assume) V-belt pulley, but can’t seem to make heads or tails of the part listings we find. Can anyone provide any assistance? Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated! I’ve linked a picture of the pulley in question. One is between the belt guard,longer one, and a shorter one between the pullies.The pullies slide off the shaft.It may take some doing as they have been on their shaft for years.Replacement pullies can be sourced from Parts Tree.com or flea -bay.These pullies are called mule drive pullies and are listed as such on the bidding site. Achto 29,402 #3 Posted June 1, 2019 You should find that those are pretty common pulleys. They might even be available at Tractor Supply Company,if you have one near by. A local garden tractor dealer may also have a replacement pulleys in stock. O.D. on the pulley, I.D. and length on the bearing will be your must know when you purchase new ones. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

peter lena 9,273 #5 Posted June 1, 2019 check out the belt size on this drive, I usually get a belt at least 1" shorter than called for , so that you are not on the end of the adjustment rod. keeping the belt toward the middle of the thread rod adjustment cuts down on vibration and makes for smoother running , pete Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
