953 nut 60,403 #3 Posted April 30, 2019 That appears to be a 1964 model 654 in nice condition. The value would depend on how well it runs and drives. If it is operable I would suggest $ 500 or a little more depending on your area. Would be worth a bit more if it had the factory tires in good condition. Others may disagree on the value, it is very subjective.

ri702bill 9,554 #5 Posted April 30, 2019 (edited) Hello: I agree that it is a 654 - a couple of more pictures would better allow judging the condition. You may be able to do this all in one photo - Need to see a view taken from behind the seat, looking to see the condition of the steering wheel and center cap, the bottom of the hood under the steering shaft, and the controls area on the hood stand. The gear driven deck - would like to see a picture of the underside of it and do the blades spin freely? Bill Edited April 30, 2019 by ri702bill Added request on the deck. WHX?? 51,919 #7 Posted April 30, 2019 (edited) Or a 604? Nope... 654 didn't see the starter in there first look.. nice tractor I would say 4-5 Franklins if it runs and drives and your a techy fan. Edited April 30, 2019 by WHX22
ZXT 2,401 #8 Posted April 30, 2019 Did this neighbor give to you as a project or in exchange for some type of work? If someone just gave something like that to me, selling it to make a profit wouldn't set well with me.. 2
The Tuul Crib 7,339 #9 Posted April 30, 2019 I would keep it and learn more about wheel horse tractors and us fine folks at the bestest tractor site on the inner web!!
ZXT 2,401 #10 Posted April 30, 2019 (edited) What he said! ^^^ No reason to get rid of it. If you have a lawn, it'll mow it better and last longer than any new expensive (but cheaply built) box store mower you'll buy. Edited April 30, 2019 by ZXT
