Retired Wrencher 5,847 #1 Posted April 27, 2019 Last day of PM`s doing the tranny change the fluids and flushing out the tranny. I have a question about the plow is this set up right? It has been a while. This the way I bought it. Thanks in advance.
squonk 43,960 #2 Posted April 27, 2019 Looks good from my house. Watch out for the grease fitting on the front axle pivot pin with that bottle jack. It may already be snapped off. Your steering gear looks like it could use some grease based on the rust on the gear and the grease fitting in the block.

ebinmaine 73,034 #4 Posted April 27, 2019 Looks good Gary. I have a solid link instead of a chain but otherwise yours is the same. Look at the levers on the axle and see if there are holes that you can put a pin in. That'll prevent the lever from lifting while you're plowing and dropping the plow. Sparky-(Admin) 23,325 #5 Posted April 27, 2019 Plow looks to be attached correctly. Mine is also connected with a few links of chain on the lift arm.

Mike should the lift arm be in the first hole or in the 3rd hole? or is that for a mid grader?

Thanks for the reply.
