K181S throttle problems

I have an older K181S in a C81 tractor.The governor parts and throttle cable were all kind of floating around when I got it.I can set the governor arm to the shaft OK,but I don't know where to start with the disc.I have the books and an engine manual that came with the tractor when new,but they really don't tell me how the throttle cable is hooked up on that machine.The pictures in those manuals show the arm the cable clamps to pointing straight out to the side.Doesn't seem quite right for the tractor.I also don't know the correct routing of the cable.The owner had it coming up from the frame of the tractor.The disc on mine just has the double tang for the spring,it does not have a tang for a cable.I'm also not understanding the drive pin thing.Where do I position that on initial setup?I guess what I really need is a clear picture.I've searched for some,but none I've found have the setup I have.Thanks.
