Oil filter

What s the number on the oil filter for the 520 hdyo bought a fram a little to long

You can get the longer filter in the hole....instead of trying to insert the filter the logical way with the filter opening facing away from you and trying to pivot counter clockwise, hold the filter with the open end toward you and insert it past the hole on the engine. Then pull it toward you and pivot clockwise into the hole. 

 

I have done this in a pinch with the fram filter. Do yourself a favor and get a napa 1762 filter for the next oil change.
