Hi all ,not been here in ages, then got to thinking about my poor old raider that been under a sheet for hmmmmm 4 years l think ,after l got fed up with it not running very good as the carb was shot to be honest and at the time could not find one at a decent price, any way was thinking about the old gal and after a look on the net ,brought a brand new carb for it £34 to the door ,yes l expect its made in china ,but today cleaned the tractor up etc ,fitted new carb, but still no joy,but after a another used fuel pump was fitted its running great in fact the best its run since l got it,thinking about it l expect the old pump has not liked being left so long ,will try an get a rebuild kit for it if l can ,also am in need of a fuel tank cap can anyone let me know if they are to be had,but with luck now the tractor can go back to pulling our fire wood about for a few more years, but now l have a horse that is working will spend more time in the forum.

Glad to see ya back and to hear that the Raider is alive and well!

I’ve bought a couple of those Chinese clone carbs and they both worked great.

I will try an get some pictures of it put up on the site for you, will get my daughter on it ,l would not have a clue, had a look on the net last night and also rang a couple of firms that sell kohler parts about a fuel pump repair kit and then fell over with shock,l can get two new carbs for the price of a repair kit over here,so l looked on the net and yes a rebuild kit for for my k241s is £4 with shipping from china ( yes l no ) the worlds gone mad,so at that price may as well give a kit a go ,if its like there carbs then should be great ,so just got to track down a fuel cap,you all take good care out there.
