Neither the pto nor the lights come on.  Guessing it is the ground wire.  see no damage.  Where should I clean?

Clean every connection.  There is always a possibility that a wire is broken inside the insulation also.  After cleaning connections, if you still have issues you might try looking for high resistance opens.  Take your multi-meter and set if so when you touch the probes together, you see a short.  Then put one probe on one end of a wire, and the other probe at the other end...if the wire is good, you will see a "good" short.  Use some "no-ox" on your connections.  :occasion-xmas:

Download the dymystifaction manual.

It shows a 15 amp fuse that feeds power to one side of the PTO switch and also feeds the headlights

So I started it up the other day on a whim.  Lights come on and PTO works, and I did nothing more than look at wires and fuses.  She has got personality.

Sounds like some oxidations in the Fuseholder or on the Fuse itself.
