I'm new to this so sorry if it's been asked before but why is gas coming out of this hole? I put all new gaskets on it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Also when gas is coming out of the valve cover the motor still runs like a top.

If by valve cover you mean breather cover your fuel pump is leaking gas into the oil. Do not run engine anymore until fixed!

And there is the problem. Just checked the oil and it's like a cup of coffee..Black and thin. Damn ...Thanks for the advice.

Drain the crankcase. Pull the carb and clean and inspect it thoroughly. Chances are your carb float is stuck causing gas to leak into the crankcase.

Or you fuel pump diaphragm has failed and it is letting gas into the crank case....

His engine runs fine. That's why I said fuel pump. Check both to be positive
