Frrreee trade agreement

So finally my daughter delivered the engine out of a probable b-80. We traded a Briggs with a cracked carb manifold for it. Both parties were happy.

The engine looking good after a clean up. I hooked jumpers to the coil and directly to the starter and she instantly fired with a bit of carb spray. Another runner from Michigan to Ohio 😎.

There are no tins on the engine at all. I might need some help with that. Now to get a temporary tank hooked up and put a picture on here to ID this guy.

A short update:: We hooked up a gas tank and the little engine runs a treat.  About the only thing I left out is  that the engine has a gear starter and solenoid  and not the belt driven starter-generator like some others. Maybe that will narrow down just what this engine might be.  [I know that you need pictures....]

So now to the pictures of the motor that has no tins [and no ID] at all...So i bought one bare tractor with an 8 HP, traded even up briggs for the engine shown and bought a second 10 HP 1056 tractor/mower somewhat abused with a good starter/generator style engine.

I still could use some tins and an air cleaner for the naked engine, but it could be stored on the shelf for a spare if it fits the Commando 800.026.jpg.ad897189ac91186b6a2d8fbe2920a16e.jpg
