Some parts on the Toro site are getting crazy expensive.  They want $912 for an electric clutch for a 315-8.

In 2013 I paid $ 25.41 for an onan filter for my 520-h, in 2017 $15.75 and now $  5.96. The only difference I see is the part #,NN10143 for the first two and NN10147 for the last one, the first two were black and the last one is white in color. I have not used the last one yet , hope it is correct. These were all bought at a WH dealer.I can not figure it out. The first two said Onan on the filter and last one said Toro?

unless its a parts specific for your unit , i always look for an alternative to the replacement. if you have the measurements you can always go online and get the info you want. toro prices are a real turn off to me , they must think everyone has a zero turn, Pete

looks to me like it is time to convert your electric clutch to a manual pto. the panels are already stamped out for it so it shouldn't be that big of a conversion

You think the price of that clutch is crazy, check the price of ANY original muffler. That's why most Horses end up with the round water sprinkler style muffler on them. Most of mine included.I agree with what others have said.Look around for good after-market parts.
