dwhjelm 19 #1 Posted February 25, 2019 (edited) Just got a 1989 414-8 with 37” deck and snow plow. Would like to have a service manual for it and how to put on and take off attachments. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,441 #9 Posted February 25, 2019 The 36" decks have 3 blades. That deck looks like a 2-blade 37" side discharge and a grass collector was available for them. Which one is it? Garry

ericj 1,579 #14 Posted February 25, 2019 nice 414, becareful when turning the front tires, you have the 8" front rims, that deck was designed to be used with 6" front rims becuase of clearance issues. The issue is you might get some black marks on deck, don't know if it would cause more severe problems. good luck eric j

Pullstart 66,598 #20 Posted February 25, 2019 @dwhjelm to !! nice ride, it looks very well cared for! You’ll be able to install and uninstall that deck with no tools. The plow should be the same instance, if the brackets are already on the transmission housing.

It looks like you have the 6 inch wheels and tires, if you have the 8 inch wheels and tires that 37 inch deck is going to be a problem.

We do not have the 1990 blade operator manual but this one will be the same Here is the bagger sold in 1989 for the 300-Series tractors with a 37" deck.
