r1jakecfd 51 #3 Posted February 7, 2019 That would be great! The curved tip rusted off of mine too which sends exhaust into the hood/engine area. Not a good thing by far! lynnmor 7,824 #4 Posted February 7, 2019 I checked the number stamped on my muffler and it was 325. Apparently new mufflers, part # 116471, are still available for only $853.85. If it is only the tip that is bad, perhaps an exhaust shop can weld on a new one. It is my understanding that 16HP and up Performer Series engines have the same muffler and you might want to check the famous auction site. The 520HC and smaller Onan powered tractors may have mufflers without the extra tabs for the fancy stainless steel guard. Before installing a used muffler, glass bead all the rust off and paint it with Rustoleum High Temperature paint. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
