Torino 14 #1 Posted March 24, 2009 Used the turning plow today and the tractor bucked alot had to constantly adjust the hydro. Is this normal on a tractor with the hydro trans?
Operator 7 #2 Posted March 24, 2009 I don't have that problem with my C-160 Hydro , but I have sandy soil I could probably pull two bottoms. What kind of ground you got? Tires slippin? Randy
Torino 14 #3 Posted March 24, 2009 We have red clay here in VA. I don't think the tires are slipping.
jusjeepn 59 #4 Posted March 24, 2009 Did my garden with the same tractor! this is my wife working it! Didn't have any bucking problems! How deep you plowing? We only plow about 8" in the spring. In the fall we go as deep as she'll, but still no bucking even then. Check with Micah (maindad) and see if he has any ideas! Also be sure to check out his sight!
