Elkskin's mower junkyard 1,117 #1 Posted November 6, 2018 On the old round hoods I thought wheel horse only used general brand tires. Well we had a 754 wheel horse front tires were general brand backs were b.f. Goodrich. Well there never looked like they were off. But we had the 753 too and it had b.f. Goodrich front tires and general brand ags on back. Now the 552 when I got it had b.f. Goodrich all the way around. 701 has all 4 factory general brand tires. 502 had general brand ags on back don't know bout front. Is it what ever company was cheaper at the time or what lol
WHNJ701 4,165 #2 Posted November 6, 2018 it's hard to say, rims and tires are easy to change out over the years, unless you know the full history of a 60 year old tractor
