Elkskin's mower junkyard 1,117 #1 Posted November 1, 2018 I am getting slop in this area on both 701 and 552. And I checked my parts axles and they also have the play. Is there any way to fix it? I am unsure if 502 has the slop or not since it sits lol I don't mess with it. But pulling the 552 and 701 on work pad I got you can tell the play is there besides the loose steering from left to right due to the slop Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

953 nut 52,002 #3 Posted November 1, 2018 It is just a 1/2-13 bolt and jam nut going through a steel bar, nothing too high tech. and all of it can be purchased at Ace Hardware.
