Dan693 510 #1 Posted October 8, 2018 (edited) I have a pair of rims that normally take 23x9.50-12 tires and I'm considering putting 23x10.50-12 tires on them. I dont have a ton of tire experience but wondered if anyone is pretty sure they will still fit being an inch wider. I think they probably will but not sure. Thoughts? Pullstart 64,655 #2 Posted October 8, 2018 I’m sure you’ll be fine, but for the sake of conversation, which tractor?

ericj 1,578 #4 Posted October 8, 2018 A lot depends on the brand of tire you use. Carlisle run pretty close to size, other brands like deestone run smaller, the deestone's measure out to a 23x9.50x12 when mounted. The Carlisle balloon out some on the narrower 7.5 rims as compared to the 8.5 rims recommended for them. I've run the Carlisle's on the 7.5 rims with no problems Witch ever you choose put tubes in front the get go, good luck Eric j

JAinVA 4,629 #6 Posted October 9, 2018 The 10.50 tire will fit on a 7.5 rim.No problems.I recently bought a set Carlisle 10.50 ags mounted on 7.5 JD rims. The tires in my mind looked weird on that narrow of a rim. I mounted them on 8.5 WH rims and I like the difference.
