520hC-120 136 #1 Posted October 4, 2018 Hi guys, My 520h was surging a little on down slopes while mowing but it was nothing to consider. Then it stalled. No fuel in filter and full tank so I knew it must be the pump. I got it back into the shop and started reading up on getting it an electric fuel pump. I want to buy a good not cheapo electric fuel pump. Anyone have an idea for one and if you do how does it mount and where. Where do the wires connect for the electricity? Pics of what it’ll looks like on the tractor would be nice. I hope this is the problem and I can fix it. Thanks in advance.

lynnmor 7,858 #4 Posted October 5, 2018 Of course it might not be a fuel pump issue. The filter often has much air inside and can fool you into thinking it’s a fuel delivery issue. I have a can with a hose attached for filling a carb for testing.

Easy. Runs great. I also added, Amazon, a fuel check valve.
