I have to remember that I’m working with pieces of steel that are approximately 56 years old.  Things get leaned on and pushed against,  run into and dropped.  The left fender is a bit tweaked, but it’s close enough for who it’s for.  Show’s character, right?  Time to finish bolting her up, if ya’ ask me!

I transferred my checklist to some cardboard.  Now I’ve got a reminder of what I should be doing.  What house work?  It wasn’t on my list?  :ROTF:

This thing is getting a bit closer to taking another stroll outta’ the shop!

Here I go already straying from my to-do list.  This has been on my mind a bit lately.  I borrowed a tri-rib from Putt Putt.  I thought it would fit Frank well, but I’m not sure.  The stock Wheel Horse branded fronts are a bit cracked but still hold air.  I almost think Imshould stay stock for once!

This is also a quick public service reminder...  loaded tires are heavier than non-loaded tires!

If the WH ones still hold air, use em. I love tri ribs, but how many original tires are still rolling around in somewhat decent shape?  So long as they’re safe enough, leave em.

What exactly is the tread pattern/ “name” of that style of tire (The WH branded one)? Aside from “Skinny’s” 😂

I thought I did share.  But in case you were skipping lines while reading, loaded tires are heavier than those which are non loaded.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Kev, I hate to say it, but I think that single headlight needs to go!  Just seems out of place.  I also kind of dig the tri ribs, they give it a big tractor look.

I’ve been thinking about that light...  I need to get the fuel tank, fuel system, battery box all finished up before worrying about that.

Hi Kev,

tri-ribs are a must - optical urgently required to get a round face.

only exception was for an 4WD,

Think about...😂😇😎

i found the Look very sharp as it is.  Please keep the Light. 👍😇

On very first impressions it looks bit unknown, but i found it gives Frank it's own Charme.

Firstly it irritates a bit, but each more i look, each more i like it 😍

it makes Frank still more individual and while you made such massive bodywork,

i found this Light must be kept.

I vote strictly for "Keep the Light"

I guess ultimately, it’ll be Taylor’s decision, right?  I’ve asked her about it, she didn’t really say if she wants it kept on or not.  Happy Wife, Happy Life :handgestures-thumbupright:

Cleaned up SOME mess, did a couple automotive jobs, Frank is back in his home from the back unheated barn.  Me thinks some belt guard work should take place...  there’s a little gap that needs mendin’.
