ebinmaine 63,186 #1 Posted September 22, 2018 As a starting point most of it appears to want to be a 1974 or 5 C 100 with an 8 speed. Here's a couple different angles of the ID tag. 1-0381 (or I) 85716 Thanks!!

But in the interest of full disclosure there will be another one showing up for the herd sometime in the next few days if all goes right. 2

I've never had much luck searching from this particular device. This tractor has a engine that is marked as a 10 horse. I believe that to be true in consideration that it has 8 head bolts. It also says c100 on the hood stand. But that's not to say things couldn't have been changed. It has a 4-speed transmission! 4 minutes ago, Daron1965 said: Any hints? Another redsquare member and I have been patiently working out a deal to get a 1973 no name 12 dropped off here for me to putter on and maybe use as a plow rig or something.

stevasaurus 22,231 #9 Posted September 22, 2018 I think what you say is an 8 is actually a 9. 1-0391 would be a 1975 c-100...but it would have an 8 speed trans.

That would totally make sense. The sticker does say 8 speed.

Not sure why that one was skipped. Would be an 8hp, 6 speed model. Listed as T 867 in the ID tag.
stevasaurus 22,231 #15 Posted September 22, 2018 Dan, there is a couple of things not right in that list...over all, it is a good place to start.

One of those is going to be showing up here at my house at some point in the next few weeks...... 2 minutes ago, stevasaurus said: things not right HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. I had just noticed by glancing through that the 867 was not listed. Wouldn't have even known if I didn't own one. Can't wait to check your 867 out when you get it, make sure you add me in when you post pic's. I'm interested in seeing if yours has will have the waffle pattern seat that always seems to be cracked. 1
