cleat 4,936 #2 Posted September 9, 2018 Does it shift easily with engine off. If so then the belt is not fully releasing with clutch pedal depressed. I had a 210-5 and it did that. Turned out the little belt guide pins by the engine pulley were not in the right place up fairly close to the pulley. Moved them in and it shifted fine after that. cleat 4,936 #4 Posted September 9, 2018 No pic, I sold that machine but under the engine by the drive pulleys you should have round pins just outside the belts that keep the belts from coming off the pulleys. Just make sure they are adjusted so they are almost touching the pulley / belt but not rubbing. Here is an example of what I am talking about.
