Wheel horse 110-4 pulley system help please !!

Hello

I am new to this forum. I am after acquiring a 110-4 lawn mower from a neighbour in a few pieces. All the pulleys are in a bag and I have them all as I have matched them with the manual. I cannot figure out where the pulleys go. I cant make head nor tail of the manual with regards the pulleys 

 

Any advice or even better pictures would be a huge help!

See if this manual helps. There are pulleys starting on page 22 for the tractor/transmission and suspect the ones following are for the mower deck.
