Awesome stuff Richie!  Remind me...  Overall, is that a GT14 wheelbase or is it extended?

Gt14 frame with the steering moved forward 3”. Basically the front axle pivot plate gets moved where the thin metal strip was on the gt14. The 953/1054 axle pivot is all the way to the front of the frame so I made it the same. This is also why I have to use a gt14 hood.
All the linkage is based off what I did with Skittles as close as possible. Some of the metal is a little different but it’s close.

That is awesome. My wife won't go near my Wheel Horses. She grew up using her dad's Case 444 to mow, and she says my tractors are too slow...

That’s the whole reason I made it a hydrostat transmission. She wants it to cruise the property and take it to shows. Can’t wait to get it done. It will have an easy life 😁

Throw a pulley swap at a horse and she'll be flyin along happy.

It's a 4 inch, but will be mated with a 5.25 inch engine pulley. It won't win races, but will have a bit more pep in it's step.

Going from 6 trans/4 engine to 4 trans/5.25 engine should be a very nice driver with good behaviors.

With a manual transaxle you are on the money, with a hydro,    not so much.

Not on a hydro. You would need to get into the valving and relief springs/settings to increase flow. I prefer to leave it alone. I’ll just be happy if it moves. :handgestures-thumbupright:

A little more trimming.... cleared the fan blade, the control linkage from the pump. Had to trim 3/4” off the seat stand so the pan could move back to it’s original spot. Hope she gets to drive it on Mother’s day.

There is just something about the look of unfinished cold rolled steel plate. Makes me wanna fire up the bandsaw and welder and build all kind of stuff!

Looks like the GT-14 is coming together nicely!
