Oh boy.

Pond is good bub!

BBT has been adding a bit to the depth by building up the output side a tad.

I'll get The Photography Department to get a few pics maybe Sunday.

Sounds like your not on very good terms with help, what have you done now? Was there a change in management.?

How’s the pond?

Here's a couple pics from today.

The spring thaw is done and flow is down quite a bit.

Still good retention though!

The birch log laying in there does quite a lot to keep mud in place to dam the pond.

I'm following your Workhorse refresh but haven't checked in for a while. Is it done? It looks fantastic.

Thank you for the compliment !

Yes, it is done, except that I am waiting on a new Hi-Lo shifter knob, but other than that, she’s done !

I can’t wait for the Big Show !

I wish I could go down to my WH dealer and buy something that looked that good. Now it's all plastic that cracks after it gets below 35 degrees. That's barely sweatshirt weather!

She's a Red White & Blue 1990 F-250 (blue salvage tailgate).  66K original miles, still runs good but the rust is winning the battle.  Sad but it just needs too much work to be affordable to keep up, let alone restore. I only trust it for about 20-30 mile round trip now and then.

We do love us some Red vehicles here :D  (Sorry, not all front ends in this one...)

That amount of miles (or lack of) you could put all the money in the world at it.

Prices on those older Fords are rising fast.

Well, they don't make 'em like they used to, so I'd love to give this truck a longer life.  If I could find one with a blown engine and little rust, it would be a possibility, but my time is already spread too thin.  This truck has chunks of rusty frame metal falling off. Replaced rear shackles not long ago, the originals basically disintegrated.  One front shackle has collapsed and the spring is riding against the frame.

1054 isn’t running well…it’s a tough carb to get to. Removal of the grill helps :eusa-think:

Interesting... the Ranger that I got a hold of a couple of months ago has 269 thoushand miles on it... yet... doesn't have an ounce of rust anywhere on it... including the frame... :D
