Hey guys, i know i sound stupid here. The igniton switch isnt working properly on my auto 12. I have to turn it back half way to get the lights to work...im going to just replace it but cant seem to find any. Does it matter, as long as it has 5 prongs right. there are those ones on ebay that just say toro/wheel horse keys... Thanks

P.s the number on the keys showed, 3497644

The 1973 12 Automatic is supposed to have a 4 position ignition switch.

(OFF - RUN with ACC - RUN - START)

You should have to turn it back one "click" from the run position for the lights (and electric clutch - if equipped) to work.

If the switch is worn out, it can be replaced with a newer version (P/N 103990) but you might need to move a few wires around at the plug.
