73-18 automatic 8 #1 Posted February 25, 2009 :thumbs: Ok got my new engine a teledyne 4AO32 and was looking at my 73 18 automatic well based on my 79 D-180 the pump is turning counter clockwise looking at the pump ok so the question is does it matter which way the pump turns because the engine is turning clockwise PLEASE HELP Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
