1964 Model 1045 What's it worth????

I have a chance to buy a 1964? Model 1045. Serial number is 21819. It's been repainted but looks all there except for seat cover. Any ideas on a fair price? Is $400 fair?

If it has the correct 10HP Kohler gen start I would think its worth it.

$400 would be worth it, IF it doesn't smoke or knock, or burn oil. And cosmetically its in decent shape. Also, the tires hold air and aren't shot as well. :thumbs:
