Are you referring to the 953 I got from you Ed? I haven't noticed if it has an electric pump on it or not.   It's in the neighbor's barn until I can make room for it :D

started prepping to install an electric fuel pump.

Prolly the best thing to do. Borrow the one from the puller build.

Don't know what it is  about 953s and fuel pumps lately. That motor did sit outside for a long time tho.

Gimme the old one I'd like to dissect it just for grins.

Let you work it over if you wish. Know you like the ones with a primer handle. :thumbs2:

Thinking about changing over to electric fuel pump as well on my 953.

If you remove the center panel and the left hand side panel for access. There is a perfect place to install an electric pump in front of the shifter and just behind the hydraulic pump. In the area I have circled. No one will ever know it's there. :thumbs2:

I mounted mine right under the tool box nice and close to the tank. Easy access to the pump and filter. I don't care if it isn't hidden. I just want it to work.

Most times it will be the little valve THINGIES that aren't sealing well. turn them upside down and they should work.

What brand/type of fuel pump should I purchase?

By chance any pics of your fuel pump installation?

Unfortunately no. My pump bolted to the left side inside this area.

I'll figure it out. Just want to keep fuel line away from moving parts. Thanks!

Hey Jeff,  Is that notched weight bracket designed to limit the axle movement for plowing?         Good to hear from you, Is the big show on your schedule?

It’s notched to work with the factory stops welded on the front of the RJ frame . The show is still up in t air :confusion-shrug: with my daughter being pregnant .

A much needed bath for the new addition.
Discovered it’s missing a bolt and washers from the control on the trans. Hopefully someone will have a junk trans that they would be willing to sell me the missing parts.
