good couple of moments

I'm very lucky to lead a life that I rarely "need" decompression. ...

Life is good.

Still do love riding around for no apparent reason.

:handgestures-thumbupright:

Perhaps I'll move a snowbank out of the way so I can take the B80 for a yard cruise tomorrow.

Love them both but that cart turned out nice with the bed lining. 👍

Thanks.   Emory likes to use his cart and I thought what better way to protect it and make it last for many more years.  Getting it lined and painting it was his birthday present.  I figured that was better than something he would grow tired of after a few days or even tear up.

It is getting close to “spring cleaning” here in the Cheddar State notwithstanding the fact that they are talking around 10” of the white stuff in northern Wisconsin over the next 36 hours!

Zach was loving going for a ride and helping his big brother throw the junk out.

I spend a couple hours mowing with it—if Caleb lets me!!!

A. You keep the snow  !!!

B. Struck me a bit funny that a kid was in the "junk" trailer...... then I realized the kid and the junk are two separated items.

C. If he doesn't "let" you mow ????

....... WHO CARES !!???!!

Let him. ....

😂

I flushed the transmission today on my c-100 and ordered a new shifter boot.  Found a block for my 314-8 so I’ll probably be getting started on that next week.

Not on MY ice cream!! :angry-nono:

@Slickbilly-D I believe there's a proper drain plug on the bottom of your transmission.

I thought that was the proper one. I didn’t even check on the bottom.

Edit: found it, I’ll use it next time;)

Sounds good.

You may want to consider flushing the transmission with a couple quarts of diesel or kerosene, then driving it around for a few minutes in each gear, before you refill with fresh gear oil.  There's other ideas floating around here, search is your friend.

I did.  Drained it, flushed with diesel, put two quarts of diesel fuel in it, drove it around, drain, repeat x2, then I put two quarts of 5w30 in it, drove it around, drained.  Then it was time to go to work,  so I opened the bottle of gear oil, stuck the nipple down in the dip stick hole, poked a hole in the bottom, and left it.  I made sure it wasn’t running out before I left, but there was just a small drizzle coming out of the bottle( it was 43 degrees out) I’ll do the second quart tomorrow. I also picked up the front of the tractor and tipped it back pretty far while I drained it each time.  All suggestions I gathered from here

I was using the same drain you did. Didn't know until these posts that there is one on the bottom. I'm using it today

Some sort of 12V jack to raise and lower the trailer tongue???  umm.gif.632f7ccbcd92c7e24f3102df070e60ef.gif

I know about as much about trailers as I know about Slovenian or Farsi.....

Is that a battery pack you used to power it up?

Where did you obtain it (the jack)?

Yes. It’s an electric jack. It is especially helpful when trailer is fully loaded. And it has more useable range.

i uses a Harbor Freight Jump pack or whatever you call it to test functionality. I need to mount a dedicated battery and wire it in.

I got the jack off Amazon. I have Prime membership and an Amazon card that gives me 5% back on prime purchases and some smaller amount for every dollar spent. With all my business travel, I build up quite a bit in credit and I like not having to physically go shopping most of the time. And I loath shopping if I don’t have to. Especially walmart. Unless it’s 24 hour store and I get there really early or very late.

Hello everyone! I just acquired a C195 for free and am in the process of replacing the transmission idler pulley and the PTO idler in front of the steer axle. Can't find any. Is there a cross reference number for either of them? Any help is welcome and appreciated . I have learned a lot from this site and will continue to do so. Many thanks in advance! I loaded 2 pics, my 9 year old son won't let me drive it yet. Long story behind this machine! Enjoy 😊

Any good Industrial Supply store can fix you up, just take the old ones with you so they can match them up.
