Put six of them to bed for the winter.

312H, 520-8, 416H, 520H (X2), 312-8

Siphoned out most of gas then ran till empty.

Pulled battery.

These were barely ran all summer so I didn't bother doing oil changes etc.

Got the 520HC with the plow moved up and I will get it all checked out and ready for winter duty.

The 520 with the mower deck is still in service to grind up leaves for the next few weeks.

Think I'm ready for winter.......

Girlfriend questioned if my snow removal equipment was excessive? Do I really need that many tractors to clear snow? Told her either I keep them all or she gets a shovel! 🤣 She had nothing more to say......

Honestly,  she knows they are mostly just for me to go out & DO THE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND IMPORTANT HARD WORK OF REMOVING the snow

I've replaced your obvious silliness with more appropriate information.

Who needs a BA impact gun to loosen stuck blades.  Old schoolers just get a longer wrench.

This deck may cut again with the blades right side up.

953 nut

:woohoo:   Knew you would win the battle. Ed, using that long pipe I think I would grab a flex head rather than a ratchet.

I agree Richard, but I keep my breaker bar in my truck for lug nuts.   The ratchet was too handy and the Craftsmans are replacable.

Got one of these in a kit a few years ago. Only took a few months to: a) realize how often it is just what I needed, and b) that it should only be used with impact-rated sockets (no need to ask about how I learned that).

Tried my luck with reupholstering a WH seat pan. I think it turned out good, not my first time with upholstery, I have done a few projects before.
