Get creative and try a Zamboni pattern that uses constant radius turns!

My mowing circles are a mix between going around gardens, houses, and trees, due to the big hill in front of my house there’s also the no spin or tip angle when mowing the side hill. 😁

I put stripes in the dirt too. Picked this spring tooth at a flea market for 10 dolla. Bent the hitch tongue with the heat wrench to get it to trail properly. Works great for keeping a fire lane open.

That's slick.

Was the original pulling point higher?  So you bent the tongue down?

Yep musta been. Woulda had to have been a very high pulling point at the angle it was.

That obviously has some age to it. Was it intended to be pulled by animals originally?

I've read about the cheap Chinese primers decomposing quickly, that is one reason I haven't used them.  Is there a good one available?  The new one you installed looks a bit better than most.

Attwood 93014LP7  I believe is the part number I use now.

Prices vary quite a bit online so be careful with your purchase. I've seen them anywhere between $17 up to about $35 for the exact same thing.

Although you can’t see any of the stripes in this picture I mow it a different direction every time. It’s good for the grass and helps eliminate rutting.

i cut one direction and then cut the opposite way when im done with the first direction. gramps said he likes it that way and its good for the grass

Mt weeds don't care witch way I mow them, they just grow wet or dry don't make much difference.  I mow them short, so they look more like grass. Every time the State resurfaces the road they come back fill in beside with trash that came out of a side ditch some where. Gave up on trying to have a deason lawn years ago.

In the spring, I try and make the yard look nice. By late summer, so long as it's the same color when cut to the same length I am good!

Today was get ready for the M&G day. The C-141 got a repainted lower dash and the headlight lens got redone. The 312 got the rear drivers side tire fixed with fix a flat. I mowed the weeds too. The 308 got a new battery hooked up, and needed the drivers rear AG tire reseated on the bead. The 312 and 308 got the attachments taken off in preparation for the M&G. And I put my 50 foot air hose on an old reel to get it picked up. Tomorrow after work, I’ll wash them, swap the newly painted lower dash on the C-141, and figure out what I can thin out at the meet and greet.

No picts as I was really busy.

Took the suburban for a spin.  Started first pull after racinbob rebuilt carb for me.   Worked out great since I only have use of left arm right now.
