Does anyone have the size and length of the belt that drives the wheelhorse rear attachment tiller? All I can find on partstree and the toro site are part numbers. Thanks!

If you post the part number here someone may be able to give you the size or cross reference it for you.

My tiller model is 77-36TL02

The belt part number I found for my actual model is #1599

A belt part number I found for a newer model is #101265

I assume they would be the same size belt.

Thanks!

I just checked it out at Sohars. Sometimes if a part number has been superceded they tell you. Today they don't show that, but the belt is still available for $51.68. They show an aftermarket belt is available so I clicked on that and things looked a little crazy. They show the belt size as 28" x 1/2" and a price of $9.47  I don't think so. They gave a whole list of cross references with different brands including Gates. :wtf: I had checked on the Gates cross reference site and they don't cross reference either the #1599 or #101265 belts. You can see what I mean at the Sohar site: http://www.rcpw.com/search/toro_search.htm

and the Gates site:

http://www.gates.com/part_interchange/inde...ocation_id=3286

hopefully someone will be around with the right sizes for you.

1599 is 139". I don't see a 101265 but a 110265 is 141".

I'm guessing it's for your 520 or C85. The belt length is 141". You got the price for the smaller one perhaps because the older pre attachamtic tractors had a different mule drive that used two belts instead of just the super long one. I would check with your local NAPA jobber. I got my belt from him and it was half the price. Kevlar industrial grade belt is what I got from them, and it's holding up very well.

C-series14,

Yeah typo on my part on the second number. Its 110265

Rideawaysenior,

Yeah probably put it on the 520 but may at sometime have it on the C85. Sounds like 139" is the length

Now I just to know what size it is, is it 1/2" or 5/8"? Then i'll check the local NAPA or the farm store for a belt

Thanks for the info

I guess their info is not all-inclusive. I don't see the 110265.

tim it's there.

Count OEM Part Number Length (in.) Width (in.)

1 TORO 110265 141 .5

what you got to do is click on the belt index and them put in the part number of the belt.

Count OEM Part Number Length (in.) Width (in.)

1 TORO 1599 139 .5

Great Info! That site has all the details!

Now the questions is why is there a 2" difference? The part numbers are what is spec'd out for my tiller (1599) and a newer tiller (110265). Since I have the older tiller I guess I go with the shorter belt, but just wondering why there is a difference

Thanks Again

justin i going to guess on this one and say i think it's because of the mid mount idler frame is differ between the old tiller and new one.
