pfrederi 18,371 #3 Posted August 27, 2017 Clean with no water added WH changed recommendations over the years. My L107 has faithfully run for 50 years now with no issues using 40w motor oil. Others have run equally well with 90w some have 85-140. If you have money to burn I am sure they will also work well with Synthetic. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
