dkg520 523 #1 Posted August 25, 2017 Hi guys! I just picked up this C-160 and I have a few questions. It is a 1975 and appears to be all original except the front tires. My question is what is the lower pulley that is located next to the transmission pulley for? Also the drive belt guard appears to be oversized. Are both of these designed for a attachment? It starts and runs great with no smoke. The transmission also works flawlessly. Even the headlights work! Thanks for any help.

c-series don 9,468 #3 Posted August 25, 2017 That is definitely for the vacuum listed above. The belt runs on the outer PTO pulley. Just one more genius Wheel Horse design.

Sarge 3,464 #8 Posted August 28, 2017 I have a '73 16Auto and '74 C-160 - you couldn't pry them out of my cold, dead fingers - unless perhaps it was a C-195 w/accessories and 3pt/pto .... Sarge
