rmaynard 15,938 #2 Posted August 9, 2017 Apply some heat to it with a hair dryer. It should pull straight up. Also, if you protect the hood with a thin piece of wood, you can slip a the claws of a hammer under it to help pry it off. 6 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
