RandyLittrell 3,894 #26 Posted July 1, 2017 (edited) At least in my state, if you rear end someone, even if you were hit, its your fault because you did not leave enough room between you. See it all the time in the shop I work in. One insurance co. will pay for the rear end damage and another will pay for the front end.
