jonw440 196 #1 Posted June 4, 2017 I picked up a 99 265H for $50.00 complete with bagging system. The only problem is it wont start. It has spark, but wont fire even with a shot of starting fluid. I did a compression test and it showed 0 PSI. But I read the Kohler CV15 has a decompression valve so you need to pressurize the engine to find any leaks. The hour meter says 968. The tractor seems nice besides not starting, cracked hood grill, ripped seat and loose steering. I am going to fix it for my Son in law who just bought a house.
