pfrederi 18,644 #1 Posted January 30, 2009 Tried out the 418 with the 6.00x12 rears with chains and the #40 roller chain on the front. Impressive. We have a thick layer of ice now under the snow she made tight turns on the ice with out slipping side ways. I purposely drove through 8" of crusted over snow. Some rocking required but she really dug in. I think next year these tires will go on whatever the plow tractor will be and the roller chain on the front. I never got around to repainting the rear fender. When I got her she had been painted with a brush right over all the decals labels and the black areas were rusty white..What some people do to a piece of equipment
Teddy da Bear 11 #2 Posted January 30, 2009 I got my roller chain a while back.....just never get it on for one reason or another. I bet that would make a slick tow vehicle to get one's ice fishing shanty out on the lake!! And a great conversation piece out there too!
