bo dawg 518 #1 Posted April 12, 2017 The lift arm on this 520 needs the pin at the end that gos into the carriage of the deck. PO put a nut and bolt on it with a thick washer welded to the side. So with having the big bolt head on top of the welded washer/spacer sticking out it was hitting the steering bearing block. Can you get the pins some where? Also on the frame where this fastens in there's 2 sets of holes couple inches apart. Is there 2 different lengths of arms? The arm I have go's between the frame and then a rod you run through the frame from the outside. First one I've seen like that.
evanloock 236 #2 Posted April 12, 2017 (edited) The lift arm that has a seperate pin that mounts to the frame is the updated design better able to handle the weight of the 60 inch deck. The service bulletin on this is in the files section. Edited April 12, 2017 by evanloock
