amiga4001 33 #1 Posted April 6, 2017 I am on the lookout for a new carburator for my wheelhorse B115 modelno: 253707. It has a 11HP BS engine with typeno: 0131-01. On the partsdiagram for this engine I found out it has a bs 491028 carburator of which the housing is cracked, which causes too leak fuel out the underside off the fuelbowl. These exact carburators are hard too find. The partsdiagram also mentions BS 491026 BS490149 BS 491031 mounted on different enginetypes placed on the Wheelhorse B115. These BS 491026 are easier too find even as nos on ebay for a decent price. They look the same for the fitting and the gaslever except for the choke a matic that is. Are they the same? Can I fit a BS491026 instead off the old 491028 and leave out the manual choke? Thanks, Matthijs
