white walls...with pics now

i have a 1076 with white walls on it. and i was talking to my freind about it. he told me they could be rare if they are original wheel horse white walls? i believe him but id really like to find out what they are worth to people that need/want them. so may i ask what they are worth? if i sell the tractor should i take the white walls off?

I'm leaving for work right now, I will post more later, I have a set of White wall tires for a WH a pic of one is in my avitar, other brands used white walls also, post a pic that would help, Also if your going to sell them I would like to buy them if they are WH tires.

allrighty. as soon as i can go to where my 1076 is at i will be able to tell you wether or not they are wheel horse. i do believe the front are. but i do not know bout the back?? thank you

im starting to think i should keep them if they are original wheel horse white walls? but honestly i dont know yet. i juust dont know what the chances of them being reall wheel horse tires when they are on a 1076?? but who knows. i hope i get bewtter so i can go find out. that should be tomrorw. i will have more news around 9 o clock tomrorw nite. thank you all. you havehelp lots

Post a picture of the tires (up close shots) and one of the VIN tag.

Most of the white walled tires were on Chargers. Would be a neat find as far away from Indianapolis as you live to find a Wheel Horse with these tires.

well sorry to dissappoint every one. but they are good year white walls with a thin white line around them. i believe they are original but they are not wheel horse wheels. is it possible they could be original just special ordered?? what do you think the facts could be on them?? they are a set i know that. are they special??

Bummer :thumbs: with out a pic to go by they sound like the ones Bolens used on their tractors, I think in the late 60's There still kinda neat tires, ya don't see to many white walls on tractors.

Yes those are white walls, I'm still thinking Bolens, the rim color is wrong, I think they were red?? but I'm not up on Bolens tractors, maybe other brands used them also.
