12 hp Kohler 1,020 #1 Posted March 4, 2017 (edited) I have an old kohler k301t engine from a tractor I got a couple of weeks ago.It has a hole in the engine block that water has been getting into for years. I was woundering if the engine would be worth fixing or should I just find another? engine is a 12hp kohler pull start. Sorry I don't have any pictures right now but I'm sure you get the idea that it's rough because it has a hole in the engine block. Rob R 977 #2 Posted March 4, 2017 In my humble opinion you NEED to start with a good block, find another good one and if the internals are rusted same applies.
