Rozlo 6 #1 Posted January 3, 2017 I'm a newbie to the Wheelhorse ownership. I just picked up a 314 Hydo with 276 hours on it here in Ohio. It came with a snow blade, mower deck, and snow blower. I was looking for a manual so that I can install the blade onto the machine. Also need to know what type of trans oil and other maintenance things, that is why I'm looking for a manual. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks again for allowing me to be part of this group. The little tractor is a beast I like it so much I drove it around my 20 acres just to get the feel for it. It will have a easy life with me for sure, mow about 1/2 acre of grass and maybe plow 300 foot of drive if we get enough snow. Thanks again Bill Rosselot
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,454 #2 Posted January 3, 2017 Welcome to the forum. They produced 9 different 314's with a hydro transmission. Have a model number and serial number off the rear fender pan? Should be under the left side of the seat. Failing that all the numbers off the engine data decal would help. With those we should be able to link you to the correct info. Lane Ranger 11,395 #4 Posted January 3, 2017 Bill: Yopu can get a copy of the 314 manual online on this site in the manuals section. Welcome to Red Square and take advantage of the info and resources here.
953 nut 59,848 #5 Posted January 4, 2017 As Garry said, we have the manuals on this site, just need to know a bit more about your tractor. This list will help you determine the year and then you can go to the manuals section and download what you need; it is free! JAinVA 4,636 #10 Posted January 5, 2017 (edited) Rozlo, The one outstanding feature of the Wheel horse is the ease with which you can mount and dismount attachments. The rear tiller is the only one I can think of where you need a wrench. Most of us have multiples of these things because we want them and not so much that you have to expend a lot of effort to change attachments. You have found an outstanding group of truly helpful folks and they always seem happy to help.Luck,JAinVA Edited January 5, 2017 by JAinVA
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,454 #11 Posted January 6, 2017 Here is your tractor operator manual, parts list, attachment list and the pages from the lube charts for your model. Notice the 1995 production was divided into 3 different lots of serial numbers. Yours is in the 2nd lot identified with a B. 79350 dozer blade manuals IPL = illustrated parts list. When you look at the attachment list you will see model numbers for them. They are not necessarily what you have because attachments since 1973 fit your tractor. You can use those model numbers to search our library for manuals. If you have trouble finding them let us know. Garry
