Rideawaysenior 25 #1 Posted January 13, 2009 Ok, so I was plowing the drive after the 312-H broke the drive belt and I was using my D160. I angled the plow to the left, and when I began to push, the blade shifted to the right. Not the angle of the blade, but the whole frame as if it came un hitched from the mount. Has anyone ever had this happen before? When I look at it, it looks normal, slide locks in place and everything. I have not had a chance to really look into it other a quick peak at the bracket. Any suggestions. Anyone ever make a front support for these too? I'm wondering if maybe a front support would be a good idea.
Teddy da Bear 11 #2 Posted January 13, 2009 I personally think a front guide pin would be the ticket. I have seen a picture in a post here for another tractor a while ago. Like a small weldment used on the front tach a matic with a large pin that dropped through the weldment and into the plow.
catman81056 3 #3 Posted January 13, 2009 Double check the axle mount. I made a "stablizer" for my D plow. Check out this post, if I had to fo it again I'd make the same thing Nick has on his plow. http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=5800
